We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused
- In the same condition that you received it
- In its original packaging
- Clean and free from damage

Because our products are drink-related accessories, we may not accept returns on used items for hygiene and safety reasons.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at [support email].

Please include:
- Your order number
- A photo or video of the issue
- A photo of the packaging, if damaged

If the issue is approved, we will offer a replacement, refund, or store credit depending on the situation.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:
- Used drink lids or used drink accessories
- Items damaged by misuse
- Items returned without original packaging
- Gift cards
- Final sale items, if clearly marked

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Contact us as soon as possible at canbuddy.co@gmail.com

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
